It could be a problem because int.Parse doesn't work with blank, only an integer, like 0 or more..

Description:
Handling invalid characters in response. Also disposing StringReaders.

Some flickr users use invalid characters in their data, which results in an invalid XML response, and the processing fails. The new test method PeopleTests.PeopleGetPublicPhotosInvalidCharacterTest() demonstrates this. This patch eliminates all characters < 0x20 from the flickr response before passing it to the XmlReader.

Also disposed all StringReader instances.
