Problem with Documentation.chm

I downloaded Documentation.chm and run it under WinXP.  A window appears with help topics filled in on the left pane, but the right pane always shows "Navigation to the webpage was canceled" or "The address is not valid."  Should I execute it from a specific directory?  Might I have something blocking network access?  Disabling PeerGuardian2 doesn't help.  The Home button does the same thing.  Other .chm files display info in the right pane, but maybe they don't access the network for this to work.

This is a windows security setting. Downloaded files are blocked from doing certain things. If you view the properties of the .chm file, and click the "Unblock" button at the bottom it will fix this error.

In future I'll upload the .chm as a zip file which should get around this issue.

Thanks!  Interesting -- I wonder why I haven't run into this before.
