how can i prevent AuthGetToken function fail

hi all,

i want to pass authentication and upload photos which are placed in the same function. however, the .net IDE alway stop runnig and show "An nhandled exception .... in FlickrNet.dll" at AuthGetToken function. the cause is user have not signed in. how can i to prevent it. thanks.

You can't authenticate in 'one go' because the use must be redirected to the Flickr web site to authenticate. I suggest placing the authentication at the beginning of your application before the user is asked for a file to upload. Once they are authenticated then you can store the authentication token and use it next time.

How can you know the user has signed in?

You will know the user has signed in because they click on a 'I have signed in' button in your application. Please see the example applications available on the Examples page for more details.
