How can I return a photo using its Photo_ID or Photo_URL

Well they are both the same question really, as the URL for a photo contains the photo ID.

It depends what information you want about that photo. You are probably either wanting flickr.photos.getInfo or flickr.photos.getSizes. (PhotosGetInfo or PhotosGetSizes).

It really does pay to go to the Flickr API page and try to learn what the methods there do. http://www.flickr.com/services/api

I have already used flickr.photos.getInfo. I have now the photo id and the photo url in my database.

I want a method that takes the photo id and return the actual photo itself to be displayed on my website.

If you have the 'url' then is that not it?

You probably want the PhotoInfo.MediumUrl or PhotoInfo.ThumbnailUrl (or one of the other similar "URL" properties) then.
