CollectionsGetTree() Needs a Token

Hi,

When running CollectionsGetTree() without a Token applied it states it requires one. According the API and the explorer, you do not require it.

Can you confirm?

Thanks for your help.

If you specify the user_id you do not need a authentication token.
However if you do not pass in the user_id parameter then it defaults
to the 'calling user' which can only be determined if the call is
authenticated.

Does that help?

Hi Sam,

I see two methods in your Flickr API code: one that doesn't take any parameters and requires authentication and one that requires two strings as parameters. One string is the user ID, the other one is the ID to a collection. What is missing is a method with just one parameter for the user ID and no other parameter passed to retrieve ALL collections of that given user ID, not just the one collection passed as an ID in the current method. Right?

thanks,

Not sure, but try null for the second parameter. Might be missing an overload there.
