Reducing Lag Time on Updating Photosets

Hi,

When I update a flickr photo collection by uploading a new picture in my Web app, it takes hours sometimes for the updated photo to show in other areas of my app. Let's say a gallery manager for instance. If I delete, or update a photo, and then rebind the page, I don't see any immediate noticable changes for hours. I have been able to get a 'photo not available' image to display after I call the PhotoDelete method, but it doesn't take the instance of that photo out of the returned photo collection. After uploading or deleting photos, I can manually log into my flickr account and the photosets appear to be correct.

Is there a way to force a fresh postback to the flickr service so what I'm displaying is current? The lag time is killing me! Am I missing something?

Thanks so much.

Have you got caching turned on? If so, turn it off, or clear the cache of the previous called method.

The following code clears the last method from the cache:

Flickr.FlushCache(flickr.LastRequest);
