Suddenly getting file not found error - m4cgtyi6.dll

Description

 
Using 2.1.5.19851 for a long time now. No changes to site, but since last week or so, getting "Could not find file 'C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\m4cgtyi6.dll'" when attempting to instantiate.

I don't think this is a problem with the FlickrNet.dll - it doesn't create an temporary files, certainly not DLLs.

A search on the internet does show this is a problem others have with ASP.Net but I couldn't find a solution. Make sure that the process has permissions to the TEMP directory, and try recompiling the application, or restarting IIS.

Actually, different file name from time to time.
